After tapping on Skinner's exclamation mark Bart Simpson is absent once again. And it's the second-worst kind of absence there is: excused. Are we entirley certain the note from his father isn't forged? It's impossible to tell, given that Homer Simpson's handwriting is significantly sloppier than our average first grader. Perhaps a fitting solution would be the requirement of a doctor's note to account for frequent absences. Does this town even have any doctors? The player receives "Bart's Checkup" which is to "Make Bart Go for a Checkup". It takes 10 minutes. The player receives total 117 and 15 in reward. Well Bart! It appears we've found your problem. A serious one too! What? Really? Yes! It seems you have received an acute dose of radiation poisoning. Have you been exposed to any sources of radiation recently? You know it's a funny story, as radiation-poisoning stories always are...

General Practice

After tapping on Hibbert's exclamation mark Everyone in Springfield report to my office for radiation testing immediately! It's a matter of life and death! *CHUCKLES* These tests could potentially cost my medical plan several dollars! Maybe even... TENS of dollars! And if everyone in Springfield glows in the dark, they won't need to power their lights. The player receives "General Practice" which is to Make Dr. Hibbert Practice Medicine". It takes 12 hours. The player receives total 520 and 110 in reward.

My Pills!

After tapping on Grampa's exclamation mark Hey, Doc! It's time for my annual checkup. I can save you some time, Abe. You're dying. Death is imminent. Say goodbye to loved ones. *CHUCKLES* Whoa, Doc, don't rush this "you're gonna die" thing. Give it to me slow! It's all about the dance, you know? The Cletus Condition

After tapping on Cletus's exclamation mark Hey doc, I've been feeling mighty sick. Brandine says I might have been radiated. In cases of extensive inbreeding such as yours, it's never easy to tell what deformity was caused by what. Better make an appointment. Luigi's Growing Problem

Those are also the hallmark symptoms of an Italian whose Mama has accused him of-a under-spicing his marinara! Mama, why!? Mayorital Difficulties

Medical Industry Corruption?

But Mr. Burns, this health epidemic is largely caused by your power plant. Nonsense! Nuclear power is the safest, cleanest, most socialist responsible source of power on the planet! The player receives "Medical Industry Corruption?" which is to "Make Mr. Burns Hide Nuclear Waste". It takes 8 hours. The player receives total 375 and 80 in reward.

Grey Matter

After tapping on Dr. Hibbert's exclamation mark Well, it seems my practice is going to take a huge hit with the canceled medical plans. Whatever will I do with this leftover oxycontin? *chuckles* The player receives "Grey Matter" which is to "Make Dr. Hibbert Deal Organs On the Black Market". It takes 4 hours. Ever considered opening a members-only, concierge practice? I'm pretty sure the Hippocratic Oath says I need to administer health care to everyone. But surely there must be SOMETHING in there about administering to people with wheelbarrows of cash first. The player receives "Corporate Sponsor" which is to "Make Dr. Hibbert Sacrifice His Principles". It takes 6 hours. The player receives total 325 and 65 in reward.

Show Biz Life

After tapping on Brockman's exclamation mark Thanks for the many, many prescriptions for antibiotics that I don't really need. My pleasure. You can take an extra toy chest too. Say, why don't you, me, and some other rich famous guys go grab an expensive meal? The player receives "Show Biz Life" which is to "Make Brockman Dine at the Truffle", "Make Dr. Hibbert Dine at the Truffle" and "Make Krusty Dine at the Truffle". The tasks takes 2 hours. The Flavormax

After tapping on Homer's exclamation mark Mmmmm... Krusty FlavorMax. If great taste had a Galactic Senate, surely its secret Sith Overlord would be named Senator FlavorMax. Dispatch, I'm proceeding to the Krusty Burger to investigate a potentially serious incident of flavor-maxing! The player receives "The Flavormax" which is to "Make Homer Eat at Krusty Burger", "Make Comic Book Guy Eat at Krusty Burger" and "Make Wiggum Eat at Krusty Burger". The tasks takes 30 minutes. The player receives total 220 and 40 in reward.

Business Is Picking Up

After tapping on Dr. Hibbert's exclamation mark Krusty, I'd like to personally thank you for creating the FlavorMax. The stomach pumping business has never been better! Hey, Rome wasn't built out of a bunch of burnt grease by a TV clown with the hastily-thought-out plan in a day. After tapping on Dr. Hibbert's exclamation mark Numbers indicate the FlavorMax burger has made 100% of customers sick. Medically, does that make it the most delicious burger ever? Just count to ten and let the anesthetic take effect, Krusty. I told you you shouldn't eat your own product. The player receives "Operation!" which is to "Make Dr. Hibbert Perform Surgery". It takes 24 hours. The player receives total 700 and 160 in reward.

Such A Beautiful Day

After tapping on Dr. Hibbert's exclamation mark I know we just built the hospital, but it's such a nice day out! Why don't we do our surgeries outside this afternoon? The player receives "Such A Beautiful Day" which is to "Make Dr. Hibbert Do Surgery Outdoors". It takes 60 minutes. The player receives total 170 and 67 in reward, completing the "Level 24" quest-line.

Christmas Gameplay

Christmas

Once installing the update Look at Springfield! Either this is fallout from the nuclear accident or we're going to have a White Christmas! These flakes don't taste plutoniumy, so a White Christmas it is! We should get our Holiday Tree out of storage. Great idea, Lisa! Now where exactly did I store it again? The same place you store everything. That box way over to the left in the build menu... I mean the attic. The player then receives "Christmas", which is to "Place Holiday Tree". The Holiday Tree costs 75, but there is a free one in your inventory. Once the Holiday Tree has been placed Wow! The holiday tree will drop ten Santa Coins every day! What are Santa Coins? Is that a real thing? You collect and consume them, just like candy during Halloween. Speaking of which, whatever happened to all our candy? I ate it all on November 8th. The player then receives the reward for the quest, 30.

Christmas Hours

After tapping Apu's exclamation mark This is the LEAST wonderful time of year! Why must my store be so full of customers?! The player then receives the quest "Christmas Hours", which is to "Make Apu Do a Kwik-E-Mart 168 Hour Task". The task takes 168 hours (7 days), and set on its own, the task would reward the player with 3,000 and 750. Upon completing the quest, the player receives 10 as a reward.

Let's Skidoodle

After tapping Ned's exclamation mark Hey there, neighborinos! There's no mobile like a Snowmobile! Want to go for a ride? It'll sleigh you! Shut up, stupid jolly Flanders! Okily-dokily. The offer's still there if you want to 23 Ski-doo! The player then receives the quest "Let's Skidoodle", which is to "Make Ned Take the Boys Snowmobiling". The task takes 10 hours, and set on its own, rewards the player with 6 and 90. Upon completing the quest, the player receives 30 as a reward.

Skilightful!

After tapping Homer's exclamation mark Looks like the Flanders are having a lot of fun! Are you crazy? Pretending to ski is way more fun. Why don't we go skiing for real? Pretend skis are cheaper. The player then receives the quest "Skilightful!", which is to "Make Homer Pretend to Ski" and "Make Lisa Pretend to Ski". The tasks take 10 hours and set on their own, the tasks reward the player with 6 and 90. Upon completing the quest, the player receives 30 as a reward.

Snow Fun

After tapping Homer's exclamation mark Check it out, Lisa! I'm going to make a snowman. Well, I'm going to make a snow angel. Darn it! Why didn't I choose the one where you get to lie down? The player then receives "Snow Fun", which is to "Make Homer Make a Snowman" and "Make Lisa Make Snow Angels". Homer's task takes 16 hours, and rewards the player with 8 and 125 when it is set on its own. Lisa's task takes 5 hours, and rewards the player with 2 and 50 when it is set on its own. Upon completing the quest, the player receives 10 as a reward.

What's a Myp-Od?

After tapping Lisa's exclamation mark I really hope I get a new myPod for Christmas. Sorry honey, there's no Mapple store in Springfield. Couldn't we just build one? A myPod? No, only Chinese people know how to do that. I meant build a Mapple store. Good idea! It'll give the people of Springfield a place to stand in line. The player then receives "What's a Myp-Od?", which is to "Have Santa Coins" (150 of them) and to "Build Mapple Store". The Mapple Store costs 150. Upon completing the quest, the player receives 10. Mapple in Motion

After tapping Ned's exclamation mark I think all this Mapple worship is blasphemous. It's like they're praying a Golden Call that gets Wi-Fi! Get thee behind me, App Store. The player then receives the quest "Mapple in Motion", which is to "Make Ned Browse the Mapple Store", "Make Homer Browse the Mapple Store" and "Make Lisa Browse the Mapple Store". The tasks take 5 hours and set on their own, reward the player with 200 and 50 for each character. Upon completing the quest, the player receives 10.

Pin Pals

After tapping Homer's exclamation mark If there's one thing I miss, it's bowling. And the hundreds of people who died in that explosion I caused. We Holy Rollers miss bowling too! Maybe we could be a couple of "alley cats" again. Bring it, Stupid Flanders! The player then receives the quest "Pin Pals", which is to "Have Santa Coins" (200 Santa Coins) and to "Build Barney's Bowlarama". Upon completing the quest, the player receives 10. With the building, the player unlocks Barney and completes the "Barflies" character collection. Build New Character

Santa's Village

After tapping Homer's exclamation mark There must be an easier and faster way to get Santa Coins! I had a job as a Mall Santa last year. It paid good... and in real dollars, not candy canes! Wow, maybe I can do that! I have a belly and a lap. Though I can't tell which is which. All I need is a Santa suit. You could get one at Santa's Village. Plus, if we build it, we'll get loads more Santa Coins every day! Santa's Village costs 200 and once built, unlocks a new outfit for Homer - Santa Homer. Wow! A Job!

After tapping Barney's exclamation mark *Burp!* Barney! You're back? Hiya, Homer! I musta blacked out. Did I miss the Presidential Election? I sure hope so! Wow, you've really been out for a while. Yeah, I gotta remember not to mix turpentine with gasoline! Anyway, off to work. Come over and bowl a few frames! The player then receives "Wow! A Job!", which is to "Make Barney Be a Pin Monkey" and to "Make Homer Go Bowling". Barney's task takes 16 hours and rewards the player with 500 and 125 when it is set on its own. Homer's task takes 20 hours and rewards the player with 550 and 135. Upon completing the quest, the player receives 10.

Blitzed and Confused

After tapping Barney's exclamation mark A job well done... is something I've never done. I could use a drink... or nine. This weekend is about to get lost! The player then receives "Blitzed and Confused", which is to "Make Barney Go on a Binge". The task takes 24 hours and rewards the player with 600 and 150 when it is set on its own. Once the task is completed I have finally achieved clarity. And liver poisoning. Upon completing the quest, the player receives 10.

Gimmie Gimmie Gimmie a Drink after Midnight

After tapping Barney's exclamation mark Sewer grate, sweet sewer grate! The player then receives the quest "Gimme Gimme Gimme a Drink after Midnight", which is to "Make Barney Sleep in the Gutter". The task takes 12 hours and rewards the player with 420 and 100 when it is set on its own. Upon completing the quest, the player receives 10.

The Worst Day Of My Life, again!

After tapping Barney's exclamation mark Urgh, my head! Did a squirrel crawl in it last night? Looks like you had a rough night last night. I don't know about that, but I'm having a tough morning right now. The player then receives "The Worst Day Of My Life, again!", which is to "Make Barney Sober Up". The task takes 8 hours (now 4 hours) and rewards the player with 175 and 45 when it is set on its own. Upon completing the quest, the player receives 10.

Moe Beer, Moe Problems

After tapping Barney's exclamation mark Oh no! Moe's is gone! I guess I have to sober up now. I'm right here, Barney. And I'll make sure you stay drunk forever! You're the only person who cares about me. The player then receives "Moe Beer, Moe Problems", which is to "Make Barney drink at Moe's". The task takes 8 hours and rewards the player with 275 and 70 when it is set on its own. After Barney finishes his task So Barn, I know you just got back, but there's the matter of your tab. Hahaha. *belch*How much is it? Last I checked, seventeen point seven billion dollars. What?! My mistake, that's next year's NASA budget. You only owe me seven billion dollars. Phew! You had me worried for a moment. The player then gets 10 for completing the quest.

You Can Try-N-Save, But You Won't

After tapping Lisa's exclamation mark Lisa, those Mapple things are expensive. And I don't have much money left after buying myself a bunch of Mapple things. Is there anything else you want? A Funzo! Great! Any chance they sell that at one of the three stores currently in Springfield? Nope. The player then receives "You Can Try-N-Save, But You Won't", which is to "Have Santa Coins" (450) and to "Build Try-N-Save". Upon completing the quest, the player receives 10. Build

Funzo Mania

After tapping Lisa's exclamation mark Can we get a Funzo now? The player then receives "Funzo Mania", which is to "Get Funzo". The Funzos are the Blue, Purple and Pink Funzos. The Blue Funzo costs 50, while the Purple and the Pink Funzos cost 750 and 1,000 respectively. Upon purchasing a Funzo, the player receives 25, and upon completing the quest, the player receives 10.

Santa's Little Helper

After tapping Lisa's exclamation mark Remember that Christmas we got Santa's Little Helper? Yeah. It was only a little while ago, but it seems like 24 years. I wish he would come back. Not me. He always hogged the table scraps. The player then receives "Santa's Little Helper", which is to "Have Santa Coins" (1500 of them) and to "Get Santa's Little Helper". Once the player has bought Santa's Little Helper, he appears somewhere in their town. Then Santa's Little Helper! This has been the best Christmas since the one when we first got him. What about the one where we saw what Christmas would be like in the future? That was good too. Not Emmy-winning good, but good. Stupid penguins... Happy Holidays, everyone! The player receives 25 for unlocking Santa's Little Helper, 10 for completing the quest and 250 and 5 for completing the character collection "Animals And Pets" - ending the Christmas quests.

Christmas Pt. 2

After tapping Lisa's exclamation mark When we do winter activities, we get more Santa Coins! Let's use them to decorate our house for Christmas. We'll be the envy of everyone in Springfield! Especially Flanders and his "boyfriend", Baby Jesus. The player then receives "Christmas Pt.2", which is to "Have Santa Coins" (50 of them) and to "Decorate the Simpsons House". The "Christmas Simpsons Home" façade costs 50 and generates 5 every 24 hours. Upon completing the quest, the player receives 10 as a reward.

Christmas Pt. 3

After tapping Ned's exclamation mark Hey, Homer! Those are some ding dang darling decor-diddly-ations you've got there! That's right, Flanders, first in Springfield! Choke on your envy! I'd best be bedecking my halls right away! But that was my idea. Stupid Flanders, always stealing my stuff! The player then receives "Christmas Pt.3", which is to "Have Santa Coins" (50 of them) and to "Decorate the Flanders House". The "Christmas Flanders Home" façade costs 50 and generates 5 every 24 hours. Upon completing the quest, the player receives 10 Santa Coins as a reward.

Christmas Pt. 4

A quest then appears in the player's taskbook - "Christmas Pt. 4", which is to "Have types of Decorated Houses" (3 types). By this point, the player has two decorated homes, and needs another to finish the quest. Every Christmas façade costs 50 and generates 5 every 24 hours. Upon completing the quest, the player receives 10 as a reward.

Christmas Pt. 5

"Christmas Pt. 5" appears in the taskbook, which is to "Have types of Decorated Houses" (4 types). By this point, the player has three decorated homes, and needs another to finish the quest. Upon completing the quest, the player receives 10 as a reward.

Christmas Pt. 6

"Christmas Pt. 6" appears in the taskbook, which is to "Have types of Decorated Houses" (5 of them). Upon completing the quest, the player receives 10 as a reward.

Christmas Pt. 7

"Christmas Pt. 7" appears in the taskbook, which is to "Have types of Decorated Houses" (6 of them). Upon completing the quest, the player receives 10.

Christmas Pt. 8

"Christmas Pt. 8" appears in the taskbook, which is to "Have types of Decorated Houses" (7 of them). Upon completing the quest, the player receives 10.

Christmas Pt. 14

"Christmas Pt. 14" appears in the taskbook, which is to "Have types of Decorated Houses" (10 of them). Upon completing the quest, the player receives 10.

Following these quests are "Christmas Pt. 15" and "Christmas Pt. 16". These will appear in the taskbook if the player has Frink's Lab and the Volcano Lair. Upon completing "Christmas Pt. 15", the player receives 10. Upon completing "Christmas Pt. 16", the player receives a further 10.

Bart The Nutcracker

After tapping Bart's exclamation mark So you want me to help? What can I do? I don't know. Dress like a nutcracker and ballet around? You're kidding, right? Lisa gets to ski and shop and make snow angels, and I have to do this?! The player then receives "Bart The Nutcracker", which is to "Make Bart Be a Nutcracker". The task takes 10 hours and set on its own, rewards the player with 6 and 90. Upon completing the quest, the player receives 10.

Ah, Christmas! The one time of the year when I get to serve my family food... just like every other time of the year. The player then receives "Suger Plum Cookie", which is to "Make Marge Prepare Christmas Treats". The task takes 16 hours and set on its own, rewards the player with 8 and 125. Upon completing the quest, the player receives 10.

Santa's Village

Ho Training

After tapping Santa Homer's exclamation mark Hey, Barney, look at me! I'm Saint Santa Noel Nicholas! You'll be a great Santa, Homer. I toast you with this glass of champagne! And the rest of the case. The player then receives "Ho Training", which is to "Make Santa Homer Do Santa Training", "Build Barney's Bowlarama" and "Make Barney Go on a Binge". Santa Homer's task takes 8 hours and Barney's task takes 24 hours and rewards the player with total 16, 600 and 220.

Santa's On The Job

After tapping Santa Homer's exclamation mark I'm a Certified Fake-Beard Real-Belly Santa Claus! When do I start? The player then receives "Santa's On The Job", which is to "Build Try-N-Save" and "Make Santa Homer Endure the Whiney Kids". It takes 12 hours and rewards the player with total 18 and 100.

Slippery Santa

After tapping Lisa's exclamation mark Dad! Are you going off in your Santa's outfit to deliver presents? No, I'll let the real Santa do that. I'm just doing some home invasions. The player then receives "Slippery Santa", which is to "Make Santa Homer Break in for Milk and Cookies". It takes 60 minutes and rewards the player with total 12 and 17.

A Very Bad Idea

After tapping Santa Homer's exclamation mark Now Lisa's mad at me. I don't want our family to be the first one ever to have a sad Christmas. Maybe if I surprise her in my Santa suit... The player then receives "A Very Bad Idea", which is to "Make Santa Homer Get Stuck in the Chimney". It takes 4 hours and rewards the player with total 14 and 45. Ho-ho-D'oh! Why did I have all those reindeer burgers tonight? Okay, brain, I did the hard work of getting us here. You get us out.

Hardly A Silent Night

After tapping Santa Homer's exclamation mark The magic of Christmas has convinced me that I can fly! The magic of grain alcohol convinces me that every night. The player then receives "Hardly A Silent Night", which is to "Make Santa Homer Fly Santa's Sleigh". It takes 24 hours and rewards the player with total 22 and 150. Wow, look at me, I really am Santa! In your face, Easter Bunny! Homer, there's only one fat guy who brings us presents and his name ain't Santa. Then the Santa Homer quest pentalogy ends.

After tapping Sideshow Mel's exclamation mark Woe is me! I simply can't take any more of this. I must hie me hence! Take it easy, uh, Mel -- that's your name, right? You've only just got back! Release me back to limbo: A place of modest actuality, absolved from ego stroking and ass kiss-ery. Ah, shut your Shakespeare hole, you drama queen! Get back to rehearsal! We're doing the "Human Urinal Cake" sketch. The player then receives "Krusty's Sidekick", which is to "Make Sideshow Mel Go for Rehearals". It takes 60 minutes and rewards the player with total 205 and 36.

Death of a Saleman

After tapping Sideshow Mel's exclamation mark Once I trod the boards with legends of the stage. John Gielgud! Laurence Olivier! Reba McEntire! I was nominated for an Obie, a Tony and a Stoney. "Nominated" means you lost. The player then receives "Death of a Saleman", which is to "Make Sideshow Mel Juggle". It takes 8 hours and rewards the player with total 520 and 115.

Taking the Bone

After tapping Sideshow Mel's exclamation mark Hi Sideshow Mel! I, for one, appreciate your work as a stage artiste. And I too appreciate your well-intentioned butter-uppery. But that was a past time. Back before I... ...'took the bone' The player then receives "Taking the Bone", which is to "Make Sideshow Mel De-bone the Hair". It takes 24 hours and rewards the player with total 1,100 and 235.

The Human Cannon Ball

After tapping Sideshow Mel's exclamation mark Hey hey, Sideshow Mel, I've got a brand new act for you. Hopefully this is something that finally utilizes my full repertoire of performing arts. The player then receives "The Human Cannon Ball", which is to "Make Sideshow Mel Fire from the Cannon". It takes 30 minutes and rewards the player with total 160 and 25. The player need the Cannon (cost 20) to do this quest.

Dr. Nick

Hi Everybody!

After buying and unlocking Dr. Nick and tapping on his exclamation mark Hi, everybody! Hi, Dr. Nick! Good news! Starting right away, I will be offering all services at a discount! Oh, really? If there's one place people like to scrimp, it's with major medical procedures! The player then receives "Hi Everybody!", which is to "Make Dr. Nick Promote Bargain Medical Practice". It takes 3 hours and rewards the player with total 300 and 65.

Bargain Clinic!

After tapping on Dr. Nick's exclamation mark Hi, everybody! Howdy, Dr. Nick! Now open for business: my own personal Bargain Medical Practice Business! I can provide you with the most affordable service, medicine, and placebos available on the market! Would lil 'ol I be able to 'ford this? Sure! Even the lowliest of the society can afford my prices, or I take a kidney instead! Who needs two? Not you! The player then receives "Bargain Clinic!", which is to "Make Dr. Nick Practice Medicine". It takes 12 hours and rewards the player with total 700 and 160.

A Real Doctor?

After tapping on Dr. Nick's exclamation mark Hi, everybody! Hi, Dr. Nick! So... I can get doctor's notes from you to cut class, right? Sure! Come see me during my next shift. But remember, fraud costs extra! The player then receives "A Real Doctor?", which is to "Make Dr. Nick Practice Street Pharmacy". It takes 8 hours and rewards the player with total 520 and 115.

Statement To The Police

After tapping on Dr. Nick's exclamation mark Hi, everybody! Oh, hey Dr. Nick. I'm afraid we need to ask you a few questions down at the station. Sure! I've already cured or killed all the patients I was supposed to see today. The player then receives "Satement To The Police", which is to "Make Dr. Nick Testify in a Malpactice Suit". It takes 4 hours and rewards the player with total 360 and 80.

Faulty Promotion

After tapping on Dr. Nick's exclamation mark Good news, everybody! I have some new affordable products here to show you! Well hey, Dr. Nick! Before we start, weren't you involved in the Sleezy Bake oven scandal? A complete overreaction! Most of those burns were purely cosmetic, which I agreed to fix for the low price of 49.95! Well, when you put it that way... Why don't you come over to Channel 6 and tell us about some of your new products? The player then receives "Faulty Promtion", which is to "Make Dr. Nick Promote a Shoddy Product". It takes 60 minutes and rewards the player with total 205 and 36.

Bargain Surgery

After tapping on Dr. Nick's exclamation mark Hi, Julius Hibbert! Could I borrow your surgery place for a super quick cut-a-ma-thing? Very well. You can wash your hands in that sink over there. I prefer to wait and wash my hands after surgery. That's when they're covered with the most blood. The player then receives "Bargain Surgery", which is to "Make Dr. Nick Perform Surgery". It takes 24 hours and rewards the player with total 1,100 and 235, ending the "Dr. Nick" heptalogy.

Gil's offers

Santa's Village, Holiday Tree and Santa Homer offer

Once tapping on Gil's "Holiday Tree" speech bubble Ho-ho-ho, just wait until you see what I've got for you today. Is it a pony? Is it a large screen TV? 'Cause I could stop breaking in to the Brown House if I had one of those.

The Santa's Village, Holiday Tree and Santa Homer offer appears, with Gil in the picture saying "Celebrate consumerism with this holiday inspired theme park and tree!". This promotion was supposed to have lasted between December 13, 2012 and December 16, 2012, but Gil was removed from the game presumably because of players being locked out.

Gil was introduced in an update on December 19, 2012, and the offer lasted between December 19, 2012 – December 22, 2012. The offer is that the player can get Santa's Village, the Holiday Tree and Santa Homer for 200 Donuts instead of its 275 Donut Value. Once the offer is up, Gil will disappear from your Springfield.

According to the game files:

If the player accepts the offer Honey, I made a sale! Tell the kids I'll be home for Christmas! What do you mean I'm not welcome? You got remarried already?! If the player declines the offer Hi, honey? I need you to tell the kids Christmas is cancelled again this year.

25% More Donuts offer

Once tapping on Gil's "Donut" speech bubble Ho-ho-ho boy. Have I got a Christmas miracle for you! To celebrate the season, all donut packages come with 25% more donuts! Which means a dozen is now 15. 50 is the new 40! And that tray of 132 donuts is now... well, Ol Gil's not that good at math. If he was, he wouldn't have to be standing out here in the cold hawking donuts. He's also not that good at grammar, always calling himself he instead of I... Fine, I'll look at the store. Just shut up already! Bless you, fat sir.

The offer appears, showing Gil in a Santa Suit picking up a green donut from a plate of white, red and green donuts. On the table is a picture of the Simpsons, but a cut-out of Gil has covered most of them. He is saying "Celebrate the season with even more donuts!".

The "25% More Donuts" offer lasted between December 23, 2012-December 27/28, 2012. The offer was added to the game in an update (released on December 23, 2012). This promotion was supposed to have lasted between December 19, 2012 and January 2, 2013, but Gil was removed from the game presumably because of players being locked out. Once the offer is up, Gil will disappear from your Springfield.

This offer is called "DayOldDonuts" in the game files.

If the player declines the offer Ah, jeez! Guess the kids will have to go the another Christmas without presents... or electricity.

In the store, the donut pictures have a new Christmas design.

There were several reports on the Tapped Out forums of a bug which does not allow players to access their Springfield after purchasing donuts with the offer.

Oh thank you, thank you, thank you. Just one more sale and I'll finally have that hot plate paid for. Alright Gil. You can maybe do it this time. You have no idea how much I need this. I'm just trying to earn enough money to buy my real eyes back.

Mystery Stockings

Mystery Stockings contain donuts or a reindeer and cost 50. There was an update on January 2, 2013 installing the Mystery Stockings and the dialogue following into the game, but they didn't appear until January 3, 2013. Before this, there were several reports on the Tapped Out forums of Mystery Stockings from players who had jailbroken devices and were able to 'time-travel' to when the Mystery Stockings were available. The stockings contain 1-3 donuts or a Reindeer. The stockings were introduced to allow the players to convert their excess Santa Coins to permanent items, which was opposed to the experience after the Halloween content update, when the surplus of treats just vanished.

Once the player goes into their Springfield I can't wait till the holidays are over and I can eat all our leftover Santa coins...just like I did with the Halloween candy. But not all those coins are made of chocolate. Some of them are made of coin. Doesn't matter. I'm still going to eat them. How about if instead we use them to buy Mystery Stockings, which contain all sorts of goodies. And then I can eat those? Lisa, you're a genius! Notice "Use surplus Santa Coins to buy Mystery Stockings before the Holiday Event ends on January 10th."
