Pins are collected by sending Lisa on the event-exclusive job "Play the Sax for Pins" or by catching Fatov roaming around town. Duplicate pins are exchanged for  4 and 30 can be exchanged for a new pin. Upon collecting all 6 Pins, Fatov is unlocked as a character.

August 3rd Update ("4_21_SpringfieldGames")[edit]
- Tire Fire has a new 24 hours task: Enriching the Ozone Layer.
- Fixed a possible bug in the Rail Yard and Dilapidated Rail Yard Find Building screen.
- Fixed a bug not activating the Donate Blood job at the Bloodmobile in the quest Hibbert's Got Shed Pt. 4.
- The Felon Packs were removed from the store, 17 days early.
- Springfield Downs' text "Ready to race" was changed to "Ready To Race".
- Gabbo and Arthur's icon at the Open Air Stage was added.
- Tailgate level up sound was changed.
August 9th Update ("4_21_SpringfieldGames_Patch1_PostLaunch")[edit]
- Sebastian Cobb's dialogue in A Rail of One City Pt. 7 changed from "I can only go so far with just trash and metal. Could I bother you to build a Plastic Depot?" to "You can only build a monorail so far with trash and hunks of metals. We need some hunks of plastic as well.".
- Homer's dialogue in A Rail of One City Pt. 9 changed from "So yes?" to "Darn.".
- Tennis Marge, Kung Fu Comic Book Guy, Ballet Ralph, Jockey Bart and Toreador Grampa's jobs are now premium.
- A glitch preventing the Orphan Alley Felon Packs skins working properly once stored was fixed.
