The Simpsons: Tapped Out Winter 2015 content update was released on December 8, 2015 and is the one hundred and fourteenth content update which was teased by EA in the Springfield Heights Chapter 2 update and on the game's Facebook page December 6, 2015. It added 9 new characters, 2 new costumes, 24 new buildings, 5 new building skins, 1 new building-character combo and 17 new decorations.

The event is split into three parts, akin to most recent events.

Act 1[edit]

Main article: The Simpsons: Tapped Out Winter 2015 content update/Act 1

The premise of the first part is to settle the decoration war between Homer and Ned. This phase act ended December 19 at 8am GMT.

Act 2[edit]

Main article: The Simpsons: Tapped Out Winter 2015 content update/Act 2

The premise of the second part is to settle a war between Comic Book Guy, Krusty, Moe and Cletus. This act ended January 2 at 8am GMT.

Early Maggie[edit]

An Early Maggie phase started on December 23 at 8am GMT. The premise of this phase is to unlock Maggie early and settle the war between Comic Book Guy, Krusty, Moe and Cletus.

New Year's[edit]

A New Year's phase started December 29 at 8am GMT. The premise of this phase is to celebrate the New Year.

Act Maggie Special[edit]

Main article: The Simpsons: Tapped Out Winter 2015 content update/Act Maggie Special

The premise of the final part is to unlock Maggie if you haven't unlocked her in Early Maggie phase, and to solve a mystery in the Ayn Rand School for Tots. This act, and the event, ended January 19th.
