Level 58 is the one hundred and first content update for The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was released on September 17, 2015. It introduced Frankie the Squealer and Johnny Tightlips as new characters. It also added two new Friend Points prizes, H. M. O. and Mulberry Island.

September 15 Update (4.16.7 / 4.16.8,"4_16_Monorail_Takedown","4_16_IRS")
- Cletus' Bad job and Good job sound are inverted and fixed.
- Project Board was added to the Miscellany and Decorations inventory category and is now storable.
- Rail Yard was added to The Store, in the Buildings section, for sale until September 22nd at 8am GMT, with a cost depending on how much progress you had in obtaining it.
- All jobs at the depots were changed from bad to good.
- Bart's Command Robot Ants was changed to premium payout.
- Unlocking Real Estate Value Prizes now activates the sound of unlocking Friend Points.
- The ambience music, app icon, splash screen and daily play combo were changed back.
- All depots' screens were changed to the Rail Yard's.
- Origin was rebranded as being part of EA Network.
- The town landing point was moved back to the town center. If the user has unlocked Springfield Heights it'll be town center if the game is force closed, or Springfield Heights Tunnel if coming back from Krustyland or friend towns screen.
- Little Lisa's Recycling Plant now generates 90 and
 10 every 4 hours.
- Tennis Court's $ and XP bonus was removed from the info button, changing to the info about giving out 150k Real Eastate Value Points, but is still present in the game itself.
- Springfield Dump's icon in the character locator doesn't show up once jobs are available.
- Rail Yard and Springfield Heights Prize Tracks are getting stuck and the progress bar goes over the limits of the screen. To fix it and get the prizes, just go to Krustyland or Friend Towns screen and back.
- Mystery Boxes prizes were reset to reward again the first two prizes from the upgraded Mystery Boxes: 10 donuts and a Itchy & Scratchy Billboard.
September 16 (Android/Kindle) and 23 (iOs) Update (4.16.9)
- If the user has unlocked Springfield Heights the town landing point was changed to always be Springfield Heights Tunnel.
- Fixed Rail Yard prize screen glitch not awarding prizes until the user visits Krustyland or Friend Towns screen and goes back to town.
September 17 Update ("4_16_FrankieSquealer")
- Two new Friend Point Prizes were added.
- It Blows and Elf Home were removed from the Pays Taxes building group.
- Johnny Tightlips was added to the list of characters that can Take a Break in the Slammer.
- Wise Guys Character collection now shows a scrolling and an arrow in it.
- Zenith City Store Front was moved form the Shop buildings category to Home.
- Graffiti now auto-collects quickly too.
