Jesse Owens was an American athlete. He was born September 12, 1913 in Oakville, Alabama, and died March 31, 1980 in Tucson, Arizona.

Jesse attended in the summer olympics in Berlin, 1936 where he beat a Adolf Hitler's zeppelin.[1] In Volume Two of The Radioactive Man Collection Radioactive Man travels through time to defeat Jesse Owens at the 1936 Olympic games.[2]
