The thirty-seventh content update, known as the "Yellow Subterfuge" episode tie-in content update, for The Simpsons: Tapped Out was released on December 4, 2013. The update is a limited update for the episode "Yellow Subterfuge". It includes two new decorations, USS Tom Clancy and Oscar's Obstacles Truck.

Gameplay[edit]

Clandestine Nerd Pt. 1[edit]

A note for me? Wow, I've heard about students passing notes but I never thought it would happen to me! I wonder who it's from? Me! But keep it to youself. School secrets are imporant. Like how all the cockroaches disappear right before the cafeteria makes chili. Sorry. I've never had a secret before. This is all new territory for me. Meet me in my office after school. It's the one with "WIENER" spray-painted on the door. If people are suspicious, say it's about the "Math Club" - everyone will lose interest. The player receives "Clandestine Nerd Pt. 1" which is to "Reach Level 9 and Build Springfield Elementary", "Make Lisa Secretly Meet with Skinner", and "Make Skinner Secretly Meet with Lisa". It takes 4 hours. The player receives total 450 and 100 in reward.

Clandestine Nerd Pt. 2[edit]

After tapping on Skinner's exclamation mark Lisa, I'm asking you to do this secret assignment because you're the smartest student at this school. Well, you did engrave my name on honor roll plaques for the next 3 years to get the volume discount. You understand this has remain secret. Just like that Willie and the lunch lady are back together... oops. I do. Thanks for asking me Principal Skinner. This is almost as exciting as extra credit algebra! Ok, now I need this done by Sunday. Hopefully before my "Real Housewives" TV program is on. That's my "me-time". The player receives "Clandestine Nerd Pt. 2" which is to "Make Lisa Work on a Secret Assignment". It takes 24 hours. The player receives total 600 and 150 in reward.

After the task is completed Hey Honey, how come you're locking yourself in your room for 24 hours? And can you get Bart to do it yourself? Uh, it's nothing Dad. I'm just practicing to be a moody teenager. Do I have your permission to play music loudly? Of course. If there's one thing I know about parenting, it's to always believe your kid's first answer.

Clandestine Nerd Pt. 3[edit]

After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark Principal Skinner, I finished the assignment. I even put it in a binder with color-coded tabs. Consider that when you are grading it. Nice work Lisa. And remember, this is just between us, like how I'm studying the art of making balloon animals online. By the way, thank you for your reference letter. Message Message Message Message
