^{1 link} We have no evidence of when this episode was broadcast by BBC2, but we do know that it did once. Due, presumably, to the offensive song included in the episode, the episode was never broadcast on the channel again.

^{3 link} Originally planned to air around the time of the 9/11 attacks, presumably late September (the 28th perhaps, to be precise) or even early October, therefore it was pulled from the channel's schedule. It never got chance to air before the rights to air the show acquired by Channel 4. However, on May 8, 2002, the episode was scheduled to air on the channel at 6pm - its first airing; the episode was later pulled and was replaced by a showing of episode 5F11 - "Das Bus".
