Charles A. "Chuck" Ragins (born February 14, 1969) is an American animator for The Simpsons. He currently serves as a background designer and has also served as a background layout artist.
Ragins won an Emmy in Outstanding Individual Achievement in Animation for his work on "Postcards from the Wedge" and was nominated for a 2014 Annie Award in "Outstanding Achievement, Production Design in an Animated TV/Broadcast Production" for "Treehouse of Horror XXIV" along with Lynna Blankenship, Dima Malanitchev, Debbie Peterson and Jefferson R. Weekley.[1]
