Season 1
- "The Crepes of Wrath" - Two scenes are not featured in the episode - one where Bart woos some French dancers, and one where Bart stuffs chocolates into his mouth.
Season 4
- "Homer's Triple Bypass" - Sideshow Phil was mentioned in a deleted scene.
- "Duffless" - In the syndicated version both Martin Prince and Nelson Muntz's exhibits at the Science Fair were removed. Martin had a flying balloon which was deflated from a B.B. Gun shot by Nelson from his B.B. Gun exhibit, which he states that he was aiming for Martin's head. In the DVD release, this scene was left in uncut.
- "So It's Come to This: A Simpsons Clip Show" - A scene was cut but re-made into the DVD season pack where Professor Frink visits Homer's hospital room with a plan to create a shrinking submarine and plans to travel inside the Coma-ridden Homer by entering his rectum.
- "The Front" - Grandpa mistakes Ricky & Catchy for Itchy & Scratchy. The writers of the Itchy & Scratchy International use dynamite on a real cat, it was cut out due to animal cruelty. Roger writes a letter to Bart and Lisa but Lisa wonders what shanloa means. Bart and Lisa tells Grandpa to quit down because there trying to write. After Grandpa loses he tells Roger he doesn't need his money but comes back and asks him for a nickel.
- "Krusty Gets Kancelled" - The deleted scene in this episode is about Krusty showing a book involving him doing different sexually explicit positions and him playing a person with haemorrhoids and after haemorrhoids.
Season 5
- "Homer's Barbershop Quartet" - A deleted scene of this episode showed Skinner going back to his mother. She asks him if he was with a woman, he says no, then she asks for a bath, followed by mad laughing and a close-up of their Psycho-parody house. This is the first time Skinner would be involved in a knock-off joke based on the movie Psycho.
- "Cape Feare" - Itchy sews Scratchy back together, then gives Scratchy the medical bill. After Scratchy sees the bill, he shoots himself.
- "Treehouse Of Horror IV" - The deleted scenes in this involves Homer's head being used as a bowling ball and getting cut in half by a spiky bowling pin with a note saying, "I.O.U one brain, signed God." Marge finds a notice involving Lionel Hutz and Bart saying he'd sell his soul for F1 racing car. And the Devil shows up with it, but Bart changes his mind and no longer wants it. One of the jurors finds Homer's soul the property of Marge and Lionel Hutz shows up with an empty pizza box.
- "The Last Temptation of Homer" - The deleted scene also makes a reference to the episode "Marge Gets a Job". Lisa barely appears in this episode, while Maggie does appear but in a deleted scene.
- "$pringfield (Or, How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Legalized Gambling)" - The deleted scene from this episode involves James Bond gambling being given a Joker card and Rules for Draw and Stud Poker.
- "Burns' Heir" - there was going to be a Robotic Richard Simmons featured in this episode.
- "Bart Gets Famous" - A deleted scenes from this episode include Bart sorting Krusty's mail (by either death threats, paternity suits and both) and Homer questioning Krusty on the money Bart" is making.
- "Homer and Apu" - The deleted scene in this episode involves the Simpson family and Apu watching an Indian film on TV and Homer describing the differences between the actors' and Homer's clothes and laughing about it.
Season 6
- "Treehouse of Horror V"(The Shining) - Bart encountering Sherri and Terri as the ghosts of the previous caretaker's daughters, similar to Danny Torrance in The Shining. - "King-Size Homer" - Mama Discounta's Pizza appeared in the Springfield Grocery Store.
- "Mother Simpson" - A Floorboard gag with originally going to be featured in this episode, the floorboard was termites can be seen between the top floor, ground floor and basement. Also one where it involves Homer eating chocolate and space food sticks and him talking to Mona Simpson about him working at the nuclear power plant.
- "The Simpsons 138th Episode Spectacular" - Homer deals with James Bond and Blofeld. This episode featured the short "World War III", but the fourth act was cut out for time.
- "Two Bad Neighbors" - Bart destroying a greenhouse that belongs to Lenny.
- "Bart the Fink" - Tom Stovak appeared in this episode but was cut out due to?.
- "A Fish Called Selma" - A movie with people at nudist colony was cut out.
- "22 Short Films About Springfield": There was originally a song featured in this episode called "Apu in "The Jolly Bengali" Theme", sung by Apu.
- "Homerpalooza" - A song called Oldies and Nudies was deleted from this episode.
Season 8
- "You Only Move Twice" - Grampa was originally in this episode when the Simpson family left him in Springfield with an Automated Robo Call Services that will call him everyday to make sure he's okay.
- "The Homer They Fall" - a picture of Silas Simpson and Jim Simpson was shown in this episode.
- "Lisa's Date with Density" - This episode originally featured Lisa and Nelson's baby and Lisa and Nelson at there wedding.
- "Hurricane Neddy" - Both Milhouse and Moe's Tavern were going to be featured.
- "The Twisted World of Marge Simpson" - In a deleted scene Marge asks Homer to " Name one thing that was ever helped by mob ties". Homer says "The Children's Television Workshop". (Later, Sesame Workshop.)
- "Simpsoncalifragilisticexpiala(Annoyed Grunt)cious" - There was originally a song called "We Love To Smoke" featuring Patty" and Selma", but it was cut because it did not receive any laughs.
- "Brother from Another Series" - After Cecil's money and gun falls off the cliff at falls on Hans Moleman who thanks god for it and tell god to hand the rest of the money.
- "The Simpsons Spin-Off Showcase" - Just Stamp the Ticket Man was originally in this episode.
Season 9
- "Treehouse of Horror VIII" - Krusty was originally in this episode.
- "Bart Carny" - A deleted scene from this episode shows Principal Skinner and his mother visiting the ring toss booth while Homer and Bart run it. This scene, however, is included in the original broadcast.
- "Das Bus" - A deleted scene had Homer buying anti-stress instruments. He uses them all and gets stressed. According to Mike Scully, this scene was regrettably deleted due to the episode being too long.
- "The Last Temptation of Krust" - These scenes were not included in the episode:
- Jay Leno asking somebody to "turn down the raunch," and then saying: "We got Bob Newhart!"
- The Internet comic first appears. This makes his later appearance meaningless.
- An original version of the scene where Krusty burns a dollar - but the topic is the government instead of advertisement.
- Krusty talks about telling a joke about Mayor Quimby as Mayor Quimby walks in with his wife.
- Yellow pages joke while on stage and everyone in the bar is leaving.
- "Simpsons Tide" - Captain Horatio McCallister made an appearances in this episode.
Season 10
- "Bart the Mother" - After Bart called the two lizards funky looking birds Homer says "Oh everyone's ugly when they're born" and says to Marge how he remembers how ugly Lisa was when she was born. Marge says that Lisa wasn't ugly she was beautiful, but continues her sentences saying her head was just a little misshaped.
- "I'm with Cupid" - Originally Stephanie Brockman was going to be featured in this episode.
- "Mom and Pop Art" - Barbra Streisand was mentioned in this episode where Homer was an artist, he was mad at the Oscars for always snubbing her.
- "Make Room for Lisa" - Jacques was originally mentioned in this episode.
- "Maximum Homerdrive" - a song was originally featured in this called "I just crashed my truck out on 1-95" by Dan Castellaneta.
- "Monty Can't Buy Me Love" - A deleted scene from this episode shows that upon returning from Scotland, Homer has a Scottish accent. This scene was removed because Homer"'s accent sounded too much like Groundskeeper Willie's.
- "Thirty Minutes Over Tokyo" - Five scenes where not featured in this episode:
- Where Marge" tells everyone it's time to feed the piggy bank money to save for a family vacation.
- The Gameboy originally appeared in this episode.
- Homer gets $11,000.
- Homer and Bart run away but Marge has a line attracted to him and Homer ties it to a train.
- After Homer asks the man during the game show, the guy says Japan traded there beautiful culture for America which he calls it cheap.
Season 11
- "Alone Again, Natura-Diddily" - A scene where Homer"was showing his butt was cut.
- "Bart to the Future" - The DVD commentary mentions a deleted scene where we learn that older Maggie an astronaut, which was shown on TV commercials advertising the episode.
Season 12
- "A Tale of Two Springfields" - a place called Refugee Center with Ned Flanders, Todd, &, Rod when there because they were scared. Another scene where Marge" says that it's a little chilly, the singer replies "Oh, shut the fuck up, Marge." before smacking her with the microphone. This scene was cut because of the profanity. Even if it was aired, it would have been censored for the FCC.
- "Insane Clown Poppy" - There are two deleted scenes from this episode, which can be seen on The Complete Twelfth Season DVD:
- "The Computer Wore Menace Shoes" - the kwik-e-mart.com and zlkqjmrl.com was going to be featured in this episode.
- "Day of the Jackanapes" - Hullaba Lula was going to be the song in this episode.
- "I'm Goin' to Praiseland" - Ned gives a list of bands not coming and Marge saying "I've never seen a amusement park as bad as EPCOT Center.
- "Behind the Laughter" - There's a deleted scene where it shows every state. (For more info, see Springfield's State.)
Season 13
- She of Little Faith When Homer and Bart built a model rocket, it crashed into the Springfield Church. The rocket is labeled HJS and the police arrested Hassan Jay Salam after they suspected that he was the one who attempted to destroyed the church. When he got arrested, he tried to explain to the police that he loves America.
- "Tales from the Public Domain" - A deleted scene in the Odyssey segment featured the Cyclops Polyphemus, portrayed by Comic Book Guy and an extra scene with Patty and Selma as the Sirens where Patty's seashell bra tries to crawl away.
- "I Am Furious (Yellow)" - When Bart made a trap so Homer got mad, he let him eating a piece of chocolate. Homer spat it out as it was Butterfinger. He was slightly happy as he had not swallowed it.
Season 14
- "Treehouse of Horror XIII" (The Island of Dr. Hibbert) - After Homer (as a walrus) gives Marge (as a mountain loin) a back scratch she coughs up a hair ball and Dr. Hibbert plans on changing the whole animals back to humans.
- "How I Spent My Strummer Vacation" - Homer stuff clothes on his butt instead of the front like Lenny Kravitz says.
- Bart vs. Lisa vs. the Third Grade We're Gonna Tell Your Mom is a reality series. In the show they visit daughters who are making out with guys when they are alone. When they making out they get visit by the crew who tells the girl that they will tell it to their mother.
- "Large Marge" - Agnes Skinner made an appears in this episode. Marge and Manjula go to Total Perfection Plastic Surgery Center but was changed to Stomach Staples Center. Marge hides her breasts in the sink. Marge uses pans to cover up her breasts when Bart comes into the kitchen. Marge tries to cover her breasts with tennis rackets. Bart and Lisa run into Homer's and Marge's bedroom at night. Marge is in her robe and Bart stares at her cleavage. Marge frantically points to her face and tells Bart to "Just focus on Mommy's face", to which Bart replies, "I'm trying, Mom."
- "Helter Shelter" - Marge ask Lenny if she can clean his apartment but when Lisa tells her that shes already cleaning so Marge replies oh, oh uh, am I.
- "The Great Louse Detective" - Marge decide the best place to let Sideshow Bob sleep in Maggie's room.

- The Dad Who Knew Too Little the Mr. Dalrymple was originally in this episode.
- "Barting Over" the Blue-haired lawyer serves Homer an illegal note. Tony Hawk tells Bart his skateboard feels a little wobbly and Bart tells him that his board has a major sticker imbalanced. Homer appears in a Viagra gain commercial.
- "I'm Spelling as Fast as I Can" - A lengthy scene at the beginning of the show where Bart rushes to do everything he planned on doing during summer vacation was cut for time. It was later put in the beginning of the season seventeen episode "The Monkey Suit", which aired three years later.
- "A Star Is Born Again" - After Lenny ask Sara Sloane for an autograph he tells her that she's beautiful on film and asks if they use lots of make-up on her, or computer, or is it just a face double.
- "'Scuse Me While I Miss the Sky" - In the video footage of Krusty stapling together abandoned half eaten burgers, originally Homer was in the video, mistook the kitchen for a bathroom, and eats the stapled burgers which makes bleed.
- "Dude, Where's My Ranch?" - After Moe says singer, artist, composer, and talking head so he says he could go on so David Byrne tells him to until Moe says gees uh you really caught my bluff there, um, easy on the eyes. Lisa asks Homer if he made any money from the Everybody Hates Ned Flanders but he spent most of the time producing a Yoko Ono CD.
- "Old Yeller-Belly" - Homer and Marge took Santa's Little Helper to the Animal Psychotherapy Center to find out why the dog is a coward. The psychologist concluded that he is selfish and he needs a new mannish model after she met Homer. Because they had 40 minutes left of their booked time, they began talking Marge and Homer's relationship. Marge described Homer as a turtle for it was an animal psychologist they were talking to.
- "The Bart of War" - A product named Li'l Gutton Fruit Pies was originally going to be in this episode. Another scene in a episode of South Park, Bart and Milhouse were watching, Eric Cartman and his friend were on a show. When they found out that the show was boring he opened a coffin which contained Mother Teresa, as a zombie. She went up on stage and killed with her necklace the drum heater.
Season 15
- Treehouse of Horror XIV The Beverly Hillbillies, Daisy May Moses, and Jennifer Aniston were in this episode.
- My Mother the Carjacker Mona Simpson read Homer tGravity's Rainbow as a good night story. After Homer started to sleep Mona said "Thomas Pynchon you are a tough read", before she also started to sleep.
- The Regina Monologues Jimmy Carter originally appeared in this episode.
- "Co-Dependent's Day" - The scene where Homer sings at Moe's Tavern while Marge plays the piano was a deleted scene of this episode, however, it was later used in "Mommie Beerest" as a postscript scene during the end credits.
Season 17
- "The Girl Who Slept Too Little" - A musical called Song of the Wild Beasts was cut out.
- "Kiss Kiss Bang Bangalore" - Dancing Workers Song was going to be in this episode.
Season 18
- "Springfield Up" - In the first airing, the final minute of the episode was cut, ending after Marge and Homer hugged. The extended ending featured Homer and Desmond singing a duet.

- Department of Motor Vehicles was going be in this movie.
- The prototype of Russ Cargill was originally in this movie.
- Delicious Sausages and Delicious Sausages truck driver" were going to be in this movie.
- Arnold Schwarzenegger has a Nickelodeon blimp on his desk.
- Happy McGee was originally in this movie, reported that there was no more weather so all the crops were dying.
Season 24
- "Treehouse of Horror XXIII"("The Greatest Story Ever Holed") - The black hole sucks up Christmas decorations in the Simpsons' basement and the family "Oooh", impressed.
- "Penny-Wiseguys" - Some scenes featured in a promotional video for this episode do not appear in the actual episode. One being the scene where Dan Gillick threatens to shoot Louie and Homer throws Bart into the room and hits Dan. In the promotional video Homer then appears at the window holding Martin and Milhouse.
