Plot[edit]

The new issue of Radioactive Man is out and Bart has been waiting for it all month. However, it turns out the art isn't by the regular artist and there aren't even any backgrounds until page 14. Bart complains about it but then buys it anyway because he doesn't want a hole in his collection.
