Ask Marge is a The Simpsons Comic Strips story.
Synopsis[edit]
- Marge answers letters from lonely and bored people looking for advice.
Plot[edit]
Marge tells the readers that every month, she gets letters from lonely and bored people asking for advice. She has three such letters to read out. The first letter is from Edna K., who tells her that things are getting serious with her boyfriend, but he lives with his mother, who disapproves of them. She then asks if Marge thinks it's too forward of her to suggest that he kill his mother. Marge says that she thinks Miss K. is moving too fast, even for a mercy killing, and that she finds that knockout drops in warm milk work wonders.
The second letter is from Ralph W., who tells Marge that he has mushrooms growing in his socks. Marge says that's not a question, and she also thinks they're his toes.
The third letter is from H.S., who tells Marge that he's really, really hungry. Marge looks at Homer, who is at the table with a knife and fork, and gets annoyed at having the time spent developing her own interests interrupted. Homer then sheepishly asks who "H.S." is.
