Eric Cartman meets the main character of The Simpsons, Bart Simpson (voiced by Mona Marshall), who appears to share his hatred of Family Guy. The pair help each other bring an end to Family Guy, but Bart's opinion changes after Kyle Broflovski gives him one of his "gay little speeches". A chalkboard gag also appears on this episode. Bart writes in the alleyway "I hate Family Guy" repeatedly with a chalk. Unlike the way he's animated on The Simpsons, on South Park, Bart can clearly see his hair line, where it is a slightly yellower color than his skin.
