Harry Potter is a book and film series about a young wizard who goes to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. It has been referenced in many ways in The Simpsons.

	13	270	"Treehouse of Horror XII"	The "Wiz Kids" segment is a parody of the Harry Potter series. Harry is also a character in the segment, appearing as one of the students in Mrs. Krabappel's classroom in the school Springwarts School of Magicry, a parody of Hogwarts. Lord Montymort and Slithers are parodies of Lord Voldemort and Nagini, respectively.
	16	386	"Pranksta Rap"	After Bart made so Kirk was in the jail, tell Bart to Milhouse if you tell anyone he should tell the world at he wet your pants watching Harry Potter. Milhouse answer then to Bart at he wasn't scared, he was just peeing.
	The Simpsons Movie	Homer renamed Plopper the pig to Harry Plopper.

	21	453	"Boy Meets Curl"	Moe and other people in the bar were watching Harry Potter and complimenting Harry's broomwork, but also commenting that he shouldn't be playing Quidditch as there are still 4 of the 7 Horcruxes to be found.
	463	"The Bob Next Door"	Sideshow Bob described his plan to kill Bart as "the greatest murder since Snape killed Dumbledore", a reference to the sixth book and movie, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
	23	492	"The Book Job"	There are several references to Harry Potter. The Angelica Button series is seen again, a parody of the Harry Potter series. Bart says that Patty has read enough fiction to strangle a Hippogriff. Patty says "I'm in" in Parseltongue. Comic Book Guy is seen dressed up as a Rubeus Hagrid-type character. The story they came up with about an orphan who went to a magical school is a reference to Harry Potter.
	495	"Holidays of Future Passed"	Homer mentions that he'll be safe, because he has his invisibility cloak.
	The Book That Ate Springfield	The book Larry Snotter and the School For Monsters is a parody of Harry Potter
	To the Bookmobile!	When the Simpsons as going on a 12 hour car ride want's Lisa listen on Harry Potter, but Homer does not allow that.

Daniel Radcliffe, who plays Harry Potter in the films, guest-starred in the season 22 episode "Treehouse of Horror XXI".
