Butters plans to start a website that tells rumors about the townspeople, as seen in "The Computer Wore Menace Shoes". Butters will bury a skeleton with wings so people will think it's an angel, as seen in "Lisa the Skeptic". Butters will bring the World Cup to town to incite a soccer riot, as seen in "The Cartridge Family". Butters will have beer cans shaken up by electronic paint mixers, as seen in "So It's Come to This: A Simpsons Clip Show". Cartman grows a race of Sea Creatures that evolves and worships him as their creator, as seen in "Treehouse of Horror VII".
By the end of the episode, Butters has been driven insane and begins seeing the townspeople and geography of South Park as they would look on the Simpsons.
