A Haiti veteran talked about how he lost his eye and Abraham Simpson talked about how he beat up John F. Kennedy after he mistook him for a Nazi.[1]

Mach Ridley takes Homer and Abe to this bar so they could make their father-son relation stronger.[2]

Abraham Simpson came here to drink once. He mocked an Iraq war veteran after he complained about Kent Brockman lying about being in the army.[3]

Grampa came here again when he found out his family didn't like him. He spent the time talking to the bartender.[4]

In The Simpsons Road Rage the bar is a drop-off location in the Downtown level where it is mistakenly called "Veterans of Popular Wars".

In The Simpsons: Hit & Run the bar can be seen in Level 2 and Level 5. Abe was standing outside the bar when he asked Bart to collect blood for him in exchange for his jeep from the war.
