Bart Simpson was asked to ship 500 McDonald's Big Macs from Hong Kong to Marlon Brando's island when he briefly worked as a courier.[1]
There were very few McDonald's locations in Springfield because Fat Tony had a deal with Krusty to keep all McDonald's and Burger Kings out of Springfield.[2]
One was located in Marge's old district[3] and one in Springfield Heights.[4] in Springfield.[3]
There were over 2,000 locations in Springfield's state, with at least one in Shelbyville.[5]
The Simpsons once ate at a McDonald's located next to the Tower of Pisa in Italy. Wine was served there. Homer marveled at the fact that it was "a McDonald's where you could get drunk!"[6]
