Robert Douglas "Rob" Oliver (born 1977) is an American animator. He serves as a character layout artist, director, storyboard artist and technical director for The Simpsons. He works for Film Roman, the company that currently provides the animation for the show, he was hired about a year after graduating from Owosso High School in 1995.
