McDonald's is a fast food chain.

History

742 Evergreen Terrace is shown to have transformed into a 1950s-style McDonald's during a montage after Homer has travelled back in time.^[1] A McDonald's building in this style still exists at 10207 Lakewood Boulevard in LA County.

Bart Simpson is asked to ship 500 McDonald's Big Macs from Hong Kong to Marlon Brando's island when he briefly works as a courier.^[2]

There are very few McDonald's locations in Springfield because Fat Tony has a deal with Krusty to keep all McDonald's and Burger Kings out of Springfield.^[3]

One is located in Marge's old district^[4] and one in Springfield Heights.^[5] in Springfield.^[4]

There are over 2000 locations in Springfield's state, with at least one in Shelbyville.^[6]

The Simpsons once ate at a McDonald's located next to the Tower of Pisa in Italy. Wine is served there. Homer marvels that it is "a McDonald's where you can get drunk!"^[7]
