Safe and sound in the Simpsons house, Bart tells the characters that the aliens are still attacking Springfield. So, Lisa decides to build a tower to Heaven using her Hand Of Buddha to reach the highest authority in the world: God. The characters climb the tower to Heaven, where they find enemies from previous levels with halos over their heads, Ben Franklin, Shakespeare, and God himself. God explains that he dropped the manual for his game The Simpsons Game, and then Bart found it much earlier. He then tells the gang that he will stop the alien invasion, at which point we see Ralph Wiggum playing the game, notices the player, and tells his father that somebody is looking at him.

At the [[742 Evergreen Terrace|Simpsons House]], Homer, Bart, Lisa, [[Marge]], [[Maggie]] and the characters see the aliens attacking [[Springfield]]. Lisa has an idea and uses the Buddha's Hand to drop many buildings and road portions one on each other to make a ladder to the Heaven. Everybody scales it and make it to the gate of the Heaven, except for Homer and Bart. The gate is closed by William Shakespeare, who attacks them. They fight him while Marge and Lisa watch them behind the gate. After he is defeated, they cross the gate and enter the Heaven. The walls on each side are clouds, the floor is just grass, there are two gold buildings next to the path, one full of arcade video games and a giant gold "Atari" controller. On each side, there are small houses, belonging to the deceased people who now live in the Heaven. The Simpsons meet old enemies: the lumbermen from "[[Lisa the Tree Hugger (The Simpsons Game)|Lisa the Tree Hugger]]" and the [[Rigellians|Rigellian]] aliens from "[[Invasion of the Yokel-Snatchers]]", all with halos on their heads. Game Over is the sixteenth and last level of The Simpsons Game. After Matt Groening, the creator of The Simpsons, destroys the game engine, the family and the characters from Matt Groening's four worlds go back to Springfield, where Kang and Kodos continue destroying the city. Plot

At the Simpsons House, Homer, Bart, Lisa, Marge, Maggie and the characters see the aliens attacking Springfield. Lisa has an idea and uses the Buddha's Hand to drop many buildings and road portions one on each other to make a ladder to the Heaven. Everybody scales it and make it to the gate of the Heaven, except for Homer and Bart. The gate is closed by William Shakespeare, who attacks them. They fight him while Marge and Lisa watch them behind the gate. After he is defeated, they cross the gate and enter the Heaven. The walls on each side are clouds, the floor is just grass, there are two gold buildings next to the path, one full of arcade video games and a giant gold "Atari" controller. On each side, there are small houses, belonging to the deceased people who now live in the Heaven. The Simpsons meet old enemies: the lumbermen from "Lisa the Tree Hugger" and the Rigellian aliens from "Invasion of the Yokel-Snatchers", all with halos on their heads.   • Orc Moe: Minor character from the NeverQuest level who escaped the Game Engine's destruction. God uses him as an icon for his Xodus Box.
  • Otto Ghost: Minor character from the NeverQuest level who escaped the Game Engine's destruction.
  • Private Burns: Main antagonist from the Medal of Homer level who escaped the Game Engine's destruction.
  • Mr. Sparkle: Company mascot that helped the characters during Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game. He briefly commits suicide in the level's first cutscene.
  • Mario: Famous videogame plumber who was enslaved to work on the Game Engine. He broke free after it's destruction.
  • Sonic the Hedgehog: Famous videogame rodent who was enslaved to work on the Game Engine. He broke free after it's destruction.
  • Springfield Citizens: All of Springfield was present when Lisa built her Tower to Heaven. They started living their lives as usual after the city was restored.
  • God: The final boss of the game. The family face Him in order to save their town from Kang and Kodos in a Dance Dance Revolution parody.
  • William Shakespeare: Respected poet who acts as the level's first boss and Heaven's gatekeeper.
  • Benjamin Franklin: Scientist who discovered electricity that serves as Heaven's judge and executioner. He also appears in the final battle as an icon for God's Xodus Box.
  • Mob: Marge's mob in this level is made by four Hobbits from the NeverQuest level.
  • Reused Enemies: Enemies previously defeated by the Simpsons that were brought to Heaven. God uses some of them as icons during the final battle.
