Location Information
Town: Springfield
Use: Houseboat
Owner: Constance Harm
First appearance: "The Parent Rap"

1 Ocean View Drive was the address of Judge Constance Harm's houseboat. She lived there along with her pet seal Poncho.

Homer and Marge sneaked to the houseboat to post a banner reading "Big Meanie" over it. However, when Poncho's barks alerted Harm (taking a shower when Homer and Marge arrived) to their misdeeds, she hurried outside to discover Homer and Marge in the act. Looking for an escape, Homer threw a cinder block at Harm's boat, puncturing the side, and causing the entire boat to sink.
