"The Simpsons Guy" Bob Belcher makes a cameo in the episode when Homer and Peter Griffin fly a plane together. When Homer asks Peter: "What's he doing there?" he answers: "We gotta carry him, cause he can't fly on his own", referring to the fact that Bob's Burgers appears in the Fox Animation timeslot, spearheaded by the success of The Simpsons and Family Guy. Peter then points out that another pilot wasn't so lucky, which is Cleveland Brown, in reference to the fact that the Family Guy spin-off, The Cleveland Show was cancelled after a few seasons.
