Titanic is a 1997 film by James Cameron starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet. It is based on a real-life maritime disaster, namely the sinking of the RMS Titanic in 1912. The film was one of the biggest box-office successes of all time and won 11 Academy Awards.

212	"Mayored to the Mob"	Homer watches Roger Corman's Titanic on TV, which parodies the film in the low-budget style of Roger Corman.
215	"Sunday, Cruddy Sunday"	In the couch gag the couch is sunk by an iceberg.
216	"Homer to the Max"	A story is described as "it started out with a simple vision of Titanic meets Frasier".
223	"The Old Man and the "C" Student"	On board a ship, Smithers sketches a portrait of Mr. Burns in the nude, with Burns posed on a sofa the same way that Rose was in the movie. Later in the episode, the ship sinks.
14	303	"I'm Spelling as Fast as I Can"	Lisa shouts out: "I'll be queen of the world... of spelling!". This is a reference to what Jack's line: "I'm king of the world!" in the film.
18	380	"Jazzy and the Pussycats"	Moe says that Titanic was "unsinkable at the box office."
22	468	"Treehouse of Horror XXI"	In the segment "War and Pieces" Milhouse sinks down into the water, mirroring Jack's death scene in Titanic.
23	493	"The Man in the Blue Flannel Pants"	Mr. Burns is told that his "heart will go on", a reference to the theme song of Titanic, namely "My Heart Will Go On" by Céline Dion.
25	543	"The Man Who Grew Too Much"	Groundskeeper Willie says goodbye to his mop as the theme from Titanic plays.

	Green Day's barge starts to sink in the river, whereupon Mike Dirnt]says: "Gentlemen, it's been an honor playing with you tonight" and they all take out violins to play. This references the orchestra on board of the Titanic who kept on playing despite the ship sinking.
