Donuts are a circular pastry usually containing large amounts of fat. They are most notably Homer Simpson's favorite food. He cannot live without them and doesn't like anyone else eating any of his donuts. They usually appear in the show pink-frosted with sprinkles.

Homer once tried to fool Apu by putting variations of candy into a donut and trying to pass them off as sprinkles.[1]

Homer sold his soul for a donut. Marge won the court case, and Homer kept his soul, but his head was turned into a donut by Flanders the Devil.[2]
Homer changed the past and came back to an alternate universe where his family was rich and happy, but when Marge did not know what a donut was, Homer went back to the toaster to travel back through time again. However, when Homer left, it started raining donuts.[3]
The Griffin family were impressed upon noticing the donuts at the Kwik-E-Mart, while Stewie was surprised that his family didn’t know what donuts were. Despite the misfortune of their car missing, Apu refused to give them any. In response, Homer purchased them a box, while taking some for himself.[4]
