First appearance: "Bart Gets Hit by a Car"

Mort's Deli is a sandwich store in Springfield. It makes the best kugel in the town and also serves a fatty pastrami sandwich.[1]

History[edit]

Bart skateboarded past the deli moments before he was hit by Mr. Burns' car.[2]

The deli was at one stage the home of the world's largest pickle, but its prized vinegared cuke was stolen in 1995, which Mort never recovered from.[1]
