Location Information

Springfield Squidport is the name given to the revamped waterfront, that is now an ambient pedestrian mall. It was formerly the home of a Tentacle Cannery and a magnet for prostitution; however, now there are many stores and restaurants located here.
History
At the grand opening, Homer and Marge attended. Homer was surprised to see that Moe had opened up a tavern in the Squidport, called Moe's Brewing Co.. This tavern was actually a crudely put up tunnel leading to Moe's Tavern. At the Squidport, Lisa brought Bart and Maggie here, exposing herself as a bad babysitter to the rest of Springfield.[1]
