He played the part of "[[Smelly]]", a tough kid who as a running gag had to look through an exhaust pipe and get a face full of car soot. This was indeed a typical gag that often occured in the show. Moe then remembers how he was fired from the show when he attacked [[Alfalfa]], for stealing his bit, thereby accidentally mudering him. This is a reference to Carl Switzer, the actor who played Alfalfa in "The Little Rascals" and who was later indeed murdered, but this happened when he was an adult, not when he was a child star on the show. }}
