Game Over is the last level in The Simpsons Game. All of the videogame characters from the Game Engine escape to the real world, where Lisa decides to talk to God Himself to revert Springfield back to normal.
Plot
After the Game Engine self-destructs, Homer, Marge, Lisa, Bart, Maggie, a dog, a Moe-orc, an Otto Ghost, Mario, Sonic the Hedgehog, Mr. Sparkle and Private Burns all escape into the only portal left: the Springfield Portal. Safe and sound in the Simpsons house, Bart tells the characters that the aliens are still attacking Springfield. So, Lisa decides to build a tower to Heaven using her Hand Of Buddha to reach the highest authority in the world: God. The characters climb the tower to Heaven, where they find enemies from previous levels with halos over their heads, Ben Franklin, Shakespeare, and God himself. God explains that he dropped the manual for his game The Simpsons Game, and then Bart found it much earlier. Game Over characters
- Homer: One of the playable characters. He can turn himself into Homer Ball to slam and rush into enemies, Gummi Homer to throw gummi projectiles, and Helium Homer to float and dash in mid-air. His Power Burp can instantly kill weaker enemies.
- Marge: One of the playable characters. Marge can use her Megaphone to recruit people into building or destroying something or attacking enemies. She can also send Maggie through crawlspaces to press buttons or open new paths. Her megaphone can fire a Power Blowback that has a good range and great damage.
- Bart: One of the playable characters. Bart can use his Slingshot to hurt enemies from afar and fire a Power Shot to kill them almost instantly. He can also turn into Bartman and use his grapple hook to reach unacessible areas and his cape can be used to glide.

- Mr. Sparkle: Company mascot that helped the characters during Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game. He briefly commits suicide in the level's first cutscene.
