Comics

Simpsons Comics #32 The Bongos That Time Forgot In an attempt to cash in on the popularity of the mega-hit children's show Davey and Goliath, Bongo began the "Faith is Fun!" series. The first title released was Ned Flanders' Summer Baptism Special. Unfortunately it was ranked last in the month's top 200 comics, well behind Crucible Comic's Monsignor Manatee, Holy Man of The Deep. Monsignor Manatee went on the capture the vast majority of the religious-themed comic market, thus ending Bongo's experiement with the genre.
