- Yeardley Smith, the voice of Lisa, guest-starred in a The Big Bang Theory episode called "The Einstein Approximation".
- Eric Kaplan, regular writer of The Big Bang Theory and Young Sheldon, wrote the season 24 episode "The Saga of Carl".
- Brian Posehn, the actor who plays the role of Bert the geologist, a recurring character in The Big Bang Theory, will guest star in the upcoming season 28 episode "A Father's Watch". He has also written the script of the Simpsons Comics story Gnaws.
