Rules
The restaurant has multiple rules which if the customers do not follow, the staff take serious action. During Homer and Marge's meal, a couple were thrown out after a man put soy sauce onto a meal which does not go with the sauce - the chefs pelted the couple with sushi until they leaved. The man even returned to give a tip, despite the horrible service they received.
One of the rules is that customers must not use cell phones. One customer used a cell phone, which the chef put his knife through as a consequence.
