History[edit]

After Mr. Burns had Homer drive real estate value down in neighborhoods so he could buy up cheap real estate, he decided to send Homer to Olympus Estates so he could get the property there cheaper. Homer, Lenny, and Carl had a paintball fight through the neighborhood, which caused its residents, including Richie Rich and Cadbury, to move away. After this happened, Mr. Burns went into a coma from evil joy.

When all the birds from the Springfield Bird Sanctuary flew away, they ended up at Olympus Estates due to it being the highest point in town. Mr. Burns went to chase the birds out, but ended up getting carried away by some of them.
