One of the death traps at Burnsimoto's Castle is "James Cameron Academy Award acceptance speech on a continuous loop", referring to his acceptance speech for best director in 1998 for Titanic. Smithers discourages Mr. Burns from pressing it when Homer falls into the trap, as it would be unbearable, although Burns presses it anyway alongside the other traps. Homer then proceeds to get attacked by various animals and weapons with the words "I'm king of the world!" repeating in the background.
