East Springfield Elementary School is an elementary school located in the East Springfield suburb of Springfield. It has many Spanish-speaking students and staff.

History

Bart received a hard blow to the head that left him able to speak only Spanish. Principal Skinner decided that Bart's "monolingual Spanish condition" was disruptive and transferred him to East Springfield Elementary. Bart became fast friends with Pepi, who introduced Bart to some other students and invited him home to meet his new dad, Bumblebee Man.

El Barto has also evidently paid a visit to East Springfield Elementary at least once, as his tag was seen on a wall at the school.
