The C-Spanker is the name of a boat which was docked at the Springfield Squidport during the events of The Simpsons: Hit & Run. It belongs to Globex Corporation and functions as a cargo ship with a submarine hidden below deck. On deck there is a Knightboat during Level 3, an Irish flag at the bow and a crate of "hot pants".
History
During the events of Level 3, Bart, while confused and kidnapped, escaped from a limo and jumped onto the ship where he was later found by Lisa.
