Summary[edit]
- In "School Is Hell", Bart and Lisa are transported to a demon-filled alternate universe where Bart excels at his new school. In "A Clockwork Yellow", Moog's gang is disrupted when Dum (Homer) falls for a girl (Marge) who wants him to give up the thug life. Finally, in "The Others", the Simpson family are haunted by a family of ghosts, which turn out to be the family from the shorts, who were murdered and buried in the house.
Plot[edit]
Opening sequence[edit]
Kang and Kodos announce the twenty-fifth annual "Treehouse of Horror" episode, with special guests Jennifer Lawrence, Warren Beatty, John Travolta, Clint Eastwood, George Clooney, Prince, Taylor Swift, Sean Penn, Bruce Springsteen, Helen Mirren, Morgan Freeman, James Franco, Kanye West, and Leonardo DiCaprio. All the mentioned celebrities are then shown in pieces on a board that spells out "Treehouse of Horror XXV". Travolta, who is still alive, goes "Why?!" before his head is destroyed by a laser and Kang and Kodos laugh.
School Is Hell[edit]
Bart is serving detention after filling the sandbox with concrete and spreading a rumor that the lunch lady would be serving lunch naked. While he is bored alone in class, Bart starts playing with the desks, using them like dominoes. He then notices a strange desk with runes carved into it. Touching one of the runes causes fire to burst out of the desk, almost burning him. Bart then gets Lisa to try and get her to burn herself and to help translate what the runes say. Lisa uses her iRunes app and Bart reads the translation, "He who reads this rune translation will be taken to damnation." A demonic hand then bursts out of the desk and brings them to Hellroads in Hell, transforming them into Beelzebart and Lisafer.
As Beelzebart and Lisafer are shown around the school by a student, Lisafer is mocked by some mean girls. When Lisa retorts to their mocking, they invite her to hang out with them. Meanwhile, Beelzebart is caught without a Hell pass by the principals and is taken to a lesson. Beelzebart impresses the teacher by coming up with creative torture methods. The praise he receives leads to him wanting to enroll in the school. Meanwhile, Lisafer finds a way to get home, and she gets Beelzebart and the two of them teleport into Mr. Burns' office.
At home, Bart tells his parents that he wants to enroll in Hellroads. They are concerned about the school, but seeing Bart's excitement about the school, they decide to let him enroll. Beelzebart excels at his classes, becoming a straight-A student. For the final exam, Homer offers himself up to be tortured by Beelzebart as a way of showing his support. At the graduation ceremony, Beelzebart graduates top of the class.
A Clockwork Yellow[edit]
Moog narrates about his life as the leader of the Glugs, a London gang that is composed of himself, Dum, Carlton, and Leonard. The four of them often fight with the West End Wiseguys and then cap off their nights with a "little of the ol' in-out," going in and out of the UKwik-E-Mart. The gang had a good thing going until Dum fell in love with a woman who he met in a record store. His new girlfriend then makes him quit the Glug life and he becomes a beefeater for the Tower of London. The gang then disbands, with Leonard and Carlton throwing Moog out of Big Ben. Moog then becomes a bartender.
Years later, a new gang break into Moog's apartment, using the same techniques that the Glugs had years ago. After Moog is attacked by them, he gets in contact with Dum again, who is now married with a child. Dum's wife is against him rejoining the gang, but he goes against her wishes. As Moog and Dum walk in the streets, they are stopped by Leonard and Carlton, who are now police officers. They decide to rejoin the gang for one last job. The gang then puts jobs in a hat and pulls out "home invasion." They decide to attack Mr. Burns' mansion and upon entering, they find that Burns is holding an erotic masquerade party. The gang decides to start attacking the guests, but the number of them overwhelms the gang. As Moog is getting attacked, he narrates that he is beaten, bruised, couldn't score at an orgy, but he is happy.
The Others[edit]
Homer is washing his face in the morning when he sees "Help Me" written on the bathroom mirror in blood. He responds by writing "No!!!" on the mirror in toothpaste. When he goes downstairs, Marge tells him that someone had made frosty chocolate milkshakes and left them in the kitchen, while Lisa tells him that the TV is stuck playing Married... with Children on all stations. That night, Homer and Marge are trying to sleep, but they keep hearing voices. Grampa then appears in bed with them, so Marge goes to make up the couch for him. While she's out of the room, Homer feels Marge starting to get frisky with him. The bed then starts to levitate, scaring Homer. The family then comes together to try and bring the ghosts out. When Grampa turns off the lights, the ghosts of The Tracey Ullman Show Simpsons appear.
The Simpsons quickly realize that these are old versions of themselves. The ghost Marge starts to flirt with Homer, while the ghost Homer tries to strangle ghost Bart, but can't. Marge begins to get jealous of ghost Marge because of the attention Homer is showing her, so she decides to kill herself in the oven so she can become a ghost too. Both Marge ghosts then surprise Homer in the bath and the ghost Homer kills Homer by hitting him over the head repeatedly with a toaster until he drowns. When Lisa brings up to Bart that she and him are now in charge and they'll have to split the chores, Bart jumps out the window. Not wanting to be left alone, Lisa jumps out the window and falls to her death. Bart, however, had just jumped to the tree. Lisa then kills Bart by shooting an acorn into his mouth with his slingshot. The bodies of Bart, Lisa, and Maggie are then carried away by Willie, however Bart and Lisa have no idea how Maggie even died.
As the two families begin fighting, Dr. Marvin Monroe shows up, explaining that he's in some form of limbo which means he can't go through walls all the way. He then convinces them to stop fighting. The two Homers and Marges make up with their respective partners and Lisa then wonders if other versions of them could show up. A CGI version of the family then moves into the house, followed by an anime-style family, and several other versions of different art styles.
