"Treehouse of Horror XXV" is the fourth episode of broadcast season 26 of The Simpsons and the five hundred fifty-sixth episode overall. It is also the twenty-fifth installment in the Treehouse of Horror series and consists of three parts. It originally aired on October 19, 2014. The episode was written by Stephanie Gillis and directed by Matthew Faughnan. It guest stars John Ratzenberger as Pixar Homer Simpson.

- In "School Is Hell", Bart and Lisa are transported to a demon-filled alternate universe where Bart excels at his new school. In "A Clockwork Yellow", Moog's gang is disrupted when Dum (Homer) falls for a girl (Marge) who wants him to give up the thug life. Finally, in "The Others", the Simpson family are haunted by a family of ghosts, which turn out to be the family from the shorts, who were murdered and buried in the house.

Bart is serving detention after filling the sandbox with concrete and spreading a rumor that the lunch lady would be serving lunch naked. While he is bored alone in class, Bart starts playing with the desks, using them like dominoes. He then notices a strange desk with runes carved into it. Touching one of the runes causes fire to burst out of the desk, almost burning him. Bart then gets Lisa to try and get her to burn herself and to help translate what the runes say. Lisa uses her iRunes app and Bart reads the translation, "He who reads this rune translation will be taken to damnation." A demonic hand then bursts out of the desk and brings them to Hellroads in Hell, transforming them into Beelzebart and Lisafer.
