They Saved Hitler's Brain was a fantasy spy TV movie first aired on August 18, 1968 where the 1963 theatrical feature film, Madmen of Mandoras was retitled and had 20 minutes of additional footage. Bill Freed played Adolf Hitler who had secretly survived World War II, but Nazi mad scientists only preserved his severed head in a jar. It is often cited as being one of the worst films ever made.
