The Springfield Speedway is a racetrack located in Springfield's bird sanctuary.

History

The Simpson family once went there to watch the Monster Truck Rally starring Truckasaurus, which crushes their car. Lance Murdock was injured while performing a stunt at the speedway.

The Simpson family once visited Springfield Speedway, which was now located within the Springfield Nature Preserve. After they almost got hit by Clay Babcock's car, Bart was given a ride around the speedway with Clay Babcock. They were then given tickets to the race. During the race, cheerleader group Fan-Demonium performed a show where they fired T-shirts into the audience. When they fired T-shirts at Homer, they hit Maude Flanders instead, killing her.
