Greetings from the Simpsons is a book that contains 32 postcards which can be detached and mailed. Approximately half of the postcards depict scenes featuring the Simpson family and other Springfieldians, and the rest are character sketches.
List of postcards[edit]
- Bart writes "Snail mail is not dead" on the chalkboard.
- Character sketch: Barney Gumble.
- The film Hot Grits A-Flyin' is seen playing at the Aztec. Troy McClure leaves his handprints in wet cement, angering a trio of construction workers who had just replaced that panel of the sidewalk.
- Character sketch: Apu Nahasapeemapetilon.
- The Simpsons visit Mount Rushmore, where Bart has vandalized George Washington's head so that it now looks like Krusty the Clown.
- Character sketch: Bart Simpson.
- At a Springfield Isotopes game, several kids vie for possession of a baseball that has been hit into the stands.
- Character sketch: Comic Book Guy.
- The Simpson family are driving in their car, loaded up for a family vacation.
- Character sketch: Sideshow Bob.
- Principal Skinner and Mrs. Krabappel are kissing while riding through The Little Land of Duff.

- Bart and Homer, dressed in Junior Camper uniforms, struggle to light a campfire while Marge, Lisa and Maggie already have a luxurious campsite set up.

- On the set of his TV show, Krusty laughs as he sics three attack dogs on Sideshow Mel.
- Character sketch: Ned Flanders.
- Ned poses in the entryway of The Leftorium.

- A typical evening scene at Moe's Tavern.
- Character sketch: Moe Szyslak.
- Bart catches a wave on a surfboard.
- Character sketch: Mr. Burns.
- Homer suntans on the beach while Bart, Lisa and Maggie rest in the shadow that his belly casts.
- Character sketch: Itchy and Scratchy.
- The Wiggum family visit Olde Springfield Towne. Snake Jailbird pulls off a robbery and Chief Wiggum, to his dismay, is unable to do anything about it because he's locked in a set of stocks.
- Character sketch: Professor Frink.
- The Simpson family pose for a photo in a greenhouse behind a huge pane of glass. Bart, to Homer's annoyance, has his face pressed against the glass and is making faces for the camera.
- The Simpsons form a human pyramid while riding on a surfboard: Homer on the bottom; then Marge on his shoulders; Lisa and Bart on Marge's back; and Maggie on top.
