Joseph Anthony "Joe" Mantegna, Jr. (born November 13, 1947) is an American actor, director, producer, voice actor, and writer, best known for his role as David Rossi in Criminal Minds.

He voiced himself in the season 3 episode "Bart the Murderer" as well as voicing his former regular character, Fat Tony. He voiced Fat Tony in all of his speaking appearances except "A Fish Called Selma", where Phil Hartman assumed the role. He insists on voicing the character every time he appears, no matter how little dialogue he has (for instance in "Sex, Pies and Idiot Scrapes", where his only 'lines' were a couple of grunts). To quote: "If Fat Tony sneezes, I want to be there." He now voices the second Fat Tony after the original one died in the season 22 episode "Donnie Fatso".

He was also interviewed in The Simpsons: Celebrity Friends, The Simpsons: Mischief & Mayhem, The Simpsons: Access All Areas, and The Simpsons 20th Anniversary Special – In 3-D! On Ice!.
