Joseph Michael "Dusty" Hill (May 19, 1949 – July 28, 2021) was an American musician, singer, and songwriter, best known for being a member of ZZ Top. He appeared in the opening montage of The Simpsons 20th Anniversary Special – In 3-D! On Ice!.
