Wall or Nothing is a Simpsons Comic story. In America and the UK it was released in Simpsons Comics #50. It was also featured in the book Simpsons Comics Royale

The Lower Springfield Lake is closed for Upper Springfield water use. At a town meeting, Lisa reveals that Upper Springfield and Lower was never reunited by Jebidah Springfield's son. The town reparts and they build a wall. Lower Springfield is the side with water, and Upper is the more snooty side, which is out of water.
