Sears was a department store in Springfield Mall.
History
One day, Homer got caught stealing several watches from Sears.[1]
After the owner of 50 Shades of Shades sold his half of the stall to Ned Flanders, Ned was happy because he would get the people coming out of Sears seeing his Leftorium stall. However, Sears then shut down due to Amazon.com, with a sign saying "Jeff Bezos Rot In Hell" on the front.[2]
Homer had a gift card for $500 at Sears. The Simpsons passed by a bankrupt Sears store on their way to Second Best Western hotel.[3]

Professor Frink's father is being awarded the Nobel prize posthumously, and Professor Frink is there to accept it on his behalf. However, Frink Sr. manages to reanimate himself by ripping out the organs of many of the residents of Springfield. Frink Sr. makes it to the ceremony and tries to make amends with his son for his recent behavior; however, he goes on another rampage through the audience, killing many and taking their brains. After putting on each brain like a hat, he learns all that they know, and after one of these incidents, he learns "The pyramids were actually built by Sears."[4]
