The restaurant is owned and managed by Luigi Risotto, and is a popular hangout for Fat Tony and the other members of the Springfield Mafia. Among the regular customers are Mr. Burns[1], Principal Skinner[2] and Krusty the Clown[3], since Luigi always has ready tables for them.
