History

When Homer was going to take the fall for Kirk stealing money from Kirkers Crackers, he went to the Riverfront FBI Headquarters. However, Marge convinced Kirk to stop Homer, and they arrived at the headquarters at the same time as Homer in The Aqua Rocket. Kirk told Homer that he would confess to the FBI instead of Homer and went into the building.
