History

When Homer left Bart and Lisa alone in the mall, Bart wanted to go to Noiseland, but Lisa discovered that Biff Westwood will visit the Cee-Dee Cauldron store. Lisa and Bart went to the crowd and started waiting for Westwood, and after two hours without Westwood arriving, the crowd started to become angry and Westwood's manager tries to calm them down. To get to the arcade as fast as possible, Bart dressed himself up as Westwood. When the girls saw him they started chasing him and ripped off his shorts. When Lisa discovered Bart was Westwood, Westwood's manager thanked Bart for the stunt trick as it saved his skin. The manager gave Bart and Lisa two tickets to the night's concert as a thanks.
