The Prince house is the house of the Prince family. It is located in the neighborhood of Evergreen Terrace, next to Skinner's house.

History

After Milhouse started spending more time with his girlfriend Samantha Stanky, Martin invited Bart to his room to hang out with him.

The backyard has been used for Martin's pool party and his birthday party.
