History

Skip Tarrington lived in a house on Bluebird Avenue. When Homer was running from an angry mob, he found Skip's house and went to ask him for help. However, he found that Skip was organizing the conversion of Grandview Fountains Estates into homes for the rich. Homer led the angry mob to Skip's house, and they chased him out of town.
