Marge sent Frank Gehry a letter asking him to build an opera house for Springfield. Gehry screwed it up and threw it on the floor. After looking at the crumpled letter, he came up with an idea, calling himself a genius. He then built the Springfield Concert Hall.
After the concert hall was built, Jimbo, Dolph and Kearney were skateboarding on it, causing Gehry to yell at them to get off his masterpiece. Due to Springfieldians' general disinterest in opera, it was eventually closed down and turned into the Montgomery Burns State Prison.
