Johnny Tightlips came here when having an interview for a basketball documentary about Bart. In the interview, the waiter saw a car being towed from outside and asked Johnny Tightlips if it was his car. When the care got towed away, Johnny ran out there because his mother was in it.

La Coffee Nostra is a play on La Cosa Nostra. It was popularized when Joe Valachi testified to the U.S. Senate Committee about Organized Crime how mafia is a term not used by its own members, but they call it Cosa Nostra. The article la is not used in Italian and was added by the FBI in its report. Cosa nostra means "our thing" or "this things of ours" in Italian.
